I offer couples counseling rooted in Gottman Method therapy, along with person-centered and CBT approaches. Sessions focus on improving communication, deepening connection, and addressing patterns that keep you stuck so that you and your partner can build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

I see clients in Colorado virtually via telehealth. I am licensed in Colorado and Ohio.

I am in-network with Aetna plans.
For all other carriers, I am an out of network provider. I can provide a superbill upon request that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. I can also submit claims on your behalf via a company called Thrizer.
I cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier with questions.
