I help high-achieving, anxious women and lifelong people-pleasers disrupt the old stories that run their lives, and step into a new way of being with peace, clarity, and self-trust.

My Services

  • I provide individual counseling using EMDR, IFS-informed, CBT, and person-centered approaches. Together we’ll create space for reflection, healing, and growth so you can move through challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

  • I offer couples counseling rooted in Gottman Method therapy, along with person-centered and CBT approaches. Sessions focus on improving communication, deepening connection, and addressing patterns that keep you stuck so that you and your partner can build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.
