Compassionate Therapy for Women and Couples in Colorado
You don’t have to carry everything alone. Life’s challenges, from the demands of motherhood to the pressure of a high-achieving career or the weight of past trauma, can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help you find safety and self-compassion to make space for healing, balance, and growth.
I offer virtual therapy for adults across Colorado, with a focus on maternal mental health, trauma recovery, and support for women navigating stress, burnout, and perfectionism. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels calmer, clearer, and more connected to the life you want.
